纪福忠：男，汉族，68年出生于江苏淮安，字：乙墨，号：墨兿軒.大专，毕业于《桂林工学院》，自幼酷爱书画艺术曾拜访求学多位名家大师，作品多次参加大赛并获奖，作品被多家单位机构及友人收藏。现任商务部《中国世贸边贸书画院》广西分院副院长、《中国警察论坛》爱心工作站会员、《广西华人书画院》院士、《五象书画院》副院长、《广西南宁通宝堂书画院》院士、《广西南宁清风居书画院》院士、《茶道书画院》理事、《桂林南方书画院》理事、南宁市书法协会会员、广西楹联协会会员、良庆区书法协会会员、桂林市书法协会会员、上海《指引收藏》高级会员。
