Zhang Wen (Vingo): Party member of the Communist Party of China, senior engineer, contemporary famous calligrapher and painter, photographer, tutor of Chinese culture, doctoral supervisor of calligraphy and painting art. Born in 1972 in the old revolutionary area of Bashu, Tongjiang, influenced by his father, Mr. Zhang Zhili, he loved calligraphy and painting, martial arts and photography since childhood. More than 10 years of military career, many times meritorious service. Influenced by the army's culture, art has a wide range of interests and is good at communication. For decades, he has created a large number of excellent calligraphy and painting works to eulogize the Party and the people. He has devoted himself to studying Chinese and foreign art heritage, exploring the law of art, innovating spirit and the lofty goal of going to the International market. He is praised as a "veteran painted all over the world." He was awarded the honorary title of "caring painter" for entrepreneurship, helping the disabled and helping the poor, and was awarded the public welfare by the National Library: caring calligrapher and painter.

张 文（文戈）：中共党员、高级工程师、当代著名书画家、摄影师、国学导师、書畫艺术博士生导师。1972年出生在巴蜀革命老区通江，受其父张志礼老先生的影响，自幼酷爱书画、武术、摄影。十多年的军旅生涯，多次立功受奖。受部队文化的熏陶，艺术兴趣广泛、善于沟通，几十年来一直笔耕不缀，创作了大量讴歌党和人民的优秀书画作品，潜心钻研中外艺术遗产、探求艺术规律、有创新精神和走向国际市场的远大目标，被誉为“画遍国际的老兵”；特授予创业、助残、扶贫‘’爱心画家‘’荣誉称号；被国家图书馆授予公益：爱心書畫家。

近年来，其作品遍布全国多个博物馆、机场、纪念馆等公共场所，作品风格以其笔墨简练奔放、风神别具，不断赢得国内外诸多报刊和名家撰文高度评赞。现就职于中国铁建、系北京市治安保卫干事、中国书画家协会会员、中国国宾礼评审委员会副秘书长、中国黄宾虹全国书画教育普及课题组艺术博士生导师、大路美术家协会会员、世界华商书画院院士、紫龙宾虹（北京）国际书画院副院长、中央党校红旗飘飘书画院理事、《圆梦中华 时代楷模》特约编委、老子同道会会员、中国绘画艺术研究院艺委会委员、中国书画家联谊会会员、中华民间书画家联合会评审专家、国学导师。
