程秀凤，字静墨，女，1963年3月出生于天津滨海新区汉沽。

      现为中国美术家协会会员，高级美术师，国家一级书画师，中国道教协会书画院委员，人民艺术家协会理事，北京聚贤才书画艺术中心副院长，北京将军书画院理事会理事，中国华夏万里行书画院会员，中国文化遗产保护研究院文化艺术发展委员会，文化部大爱中国书画艺术研究院理事，北京吉祥秘书长，昌平书画院会员，北京国典书画院会员。

      在河南省三门峡书法家协会举办的名家、名人书画展得到了名家杨耀宗、李吉甫、庄子，常彦之文化界老领导及人民艺术家协会亲善形象大使邓小平扮演者周保国等文化艺术界的知名人士高度赞扬。，被非洲亚洲发展合作组织收藏并指定为国礼。
