刘翠萍，女，字：林曦，号：郁馥斋主，中国民主同盟盟员。幼年时就对绘画有着浓厚的兴趣，尤其酷爱中国的传统艺术，广泛涉及历代名家之长，融古博今，为以后的绘画生涯打下了坚实的基础。澳洲悉尼书画网特邀艺术家。

主要荣誉：

1997年5月，作品《工笔仕女》选送参加香港举办的迎香港回归书画大展。1998年7月，作品《昭君出塞》参加日本举办的中日实力派画家联展。2002年，作品《仕女》入选《中华热土》大型画册，并被授予“世界华人杰出艺术家”称号。2005年，“金顶杯”大赛荣获金奖；“第三届当代文人书画艺术北京邀请展”荣获金奖；同年被授予中国书画百杰及中国文人书画家的称号。2006年7月，东渡日本举办个人画展。2008年，作品《金谷丰华》入选2008年中国画作品展览。2009年作品《荷塘月色》入选“庆祝建国六十周年大展”；同年赴韩国参加五人联展。
现为中国工笔学会会员，中国美术家协会北京分会会员，北京紫袖宣和画院工笔院院长。中国书画研究院委员，中国壶口书画院副秘书长，中外名家书画院副秘书长，中国巾帼风采书画院副秘书长，中国北方书画院副院长，北京燕京书画院副院长。
作品多次在国内报刊杂志发表，并受到社会各界的认识和好评。
作品《无限风光结硕果》被澳门行政总署收藏。作品《地敞中原秋色尽》被北京市政协收藏。
