李祥辉，1963年生，大学学历、北京通州人。字香谷、五谷、红山，号红山画廊、红山居士、五谷山人。幼喜绘画，后常为四乡村民画油漆彩画，一直笔耕不辍。
1985年参加中国书画函授学院函授学习；2017年11月作品参加“第十一届国画书法大赛”获得一等奖；同年12月作品参加河南十万文化艺术中心举办的“艺术感动中国”2017年最有影响力艺术家评选获一等奖。2018年5月作品参加河南十万文化艺术中心举办的“一带一路”书画艺术大赛中获二等奖。同年7月被中国工业合作协会国策智库专家委员会聘为书画艺术“专家”。同年同月作品在第一届全国民间书画大赛中荣获二等奖。

现为中国国际书画艺术研究会会员；中国教育电视台《水墨丹青书画院》会员；中国华夏万里行书画家协会会员。

Li Xianghui, born in 1963, has a university degree and Tongzhou people in Beijing. Zi Xiang Valley, Wu Gu, Hongshan, Hongshan Gallery, Hongshan residence, and Wu Gu Shan people. After the painting, he often painted and painted four folk paintings in the countryside.
In 1985, he participated in the correspondence study of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy College; in November 2017, his works won the first prize in the 11th Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Competition; in December of the same year, he participated in the selection of the most influential artists in 2017, which was held by the Hundred Thousand Cultural and Art Center of Henan Province. In May 2018, he won the two prize in the "belt and road" calligraphy and painting competition held by the Henan one hundred thousand culture and Art Center. In July of the same year, he was appointed as an expert in calligraphy and painting by the expert committee of the national strategy think tank of China Industrial Cooperation Association. In the same year, the works won the two prize in the first national folk painting and calligraphy competition.
He is now a member of China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, a member of China Education Television's Ink and Danqing Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and a member of China Wanli Calligraphers and Painters Association.
