李京跃1958年出生，一级美术师，现为文化部乔联文华阁专业画家。国典书画院理事，中视频道书画院副院长。早年曾授龙瑞，姚志华，吴传麟，沈重等名家指点。2O14年参加海峡两岸书画展。2O14年出版《李京跃》画辑。2O15年参加中华世纪坛举办的第三届廉政文化书画展荣获优秀奖。2O16年1月参加在韩国举办的中韩建交24周年交流活动被授予"中韩文化交流终身成就奖，中韩交流特殊贡献奖。2O16年8月参加第三届中华两岸名家兰亭展。2O16年11月参加在韩国举行的全罗北道第十九届书画展并获奖。2017年参加在圆明圆举办的第四届中国廉政文化书画展。2O17年4月17日在北京德贞艺术馆举办《古韵墨妙一当代名家李京跃泼彩山水》画展。2017年5月28日参加在北京雁栖湖国际会议中心举办的"一带一路文化艺术大展暨高峰论坛"。2017年7月13日参加第六届中华海峡两岸书画名家兰亭展。2O17年8月参加在哈萨克斯坦世博会举办的中国书画展。2O17年8月26日参加在望京浦相中心举办的中韩文化交流展。2O17年8月17日参加在香港举办的"庆祝香港回归2O周年中国书画名家香港邀请展″获香港永久艺术家称号，香港金紫荊花奖章。2O17年9月29日在北京三里屯外交公寓举办个展。2017年1O月1日参加在天津滨海新区举办的"2O17一一带一路津门文化与艺术大展″。2O17年1O月28日参加在国家画院国展美术中心举办的"赤子初心中国梦″画展。2O17年11月19日参加在北京亮马桥外交大楼举刅的中泰文化交流展。2O18年8月18日参加由香港美术家协会举办的"一带一路东盟文化交流新加坡展“获金奖。2O18年8月31日随中国代表团参加在吉尔基斯举办的"世界游牧民族大会和中吉文化交流展，其作品做为国礼曾送给吉尔基斯总理府。

Li Jingyue was born in 1958. He is a first-class artist. Now he is a professional painter of Qiao Lian's Wenhua Pavilion of the Ministry of culture. Director of Guodian Academy of calligraphy and painting, vice president of CCTV Academy of calligraphy and painting. In his early years, he gave advice to famous experts such as long Rui, Yao Zhihua, Wu Chuanlin and Shen Chong. In 2014, he participated in the cross strait calligraphy and painting exhibition. In 2014, Li Jingyue was published. In 2015, he participated in the third exhibition of clean government culture, calligraphy and painting held by China Century Forum and won the excellent award. In January 2016, he participated in the exchange activities held in South Korea for the 24th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea and was awarded the "lifetime achievement award of cultural exchange between China and South Korea, special contribution award of China South Korea Exchange". In August 2O16, he participated in the third Lanting Pavilion exhibition of famous artists on both sides of China. In November 2016, he participated in the 19th quanluo Beidao painting and calligraphy exhibition held in South Korea and won the prize. In 2017, he participated in the 4th China Clean Government Cultural calligraphy and painting exhibition held in Yuanmingyuan. On April 17, 2017, an exhibition of Li Jingyue, a famous contemporary artist of ancient charm and ink, was held in Beijing Dezhen Art Museum. In May 28, 2017, one belt, one road cultural art exhibition and Summit Forum, was held at the International Conference Center of Beijing Yan Lake. On July 13, 2017, he participated in the 6th Lanting exhibition of famous calligraphers and painters across the Taiwan Strait. In August 2017, he participated in the Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibition held in Kazakhstan world expo. On August 26, 2017, he participated in the cultural exchange exhibition between China and South Korea held in Wangjing pushiang center. On August 17, 2017, he participated in the "Hong Kong Invitation Exhibition to celebrate the 2oth anniversary of Hong Kong's return" held in Hong Kong and won the title of Hong Kong permanent artist and Hong Kong Golden Bauhinia medal. On September 29, 2017, a solo exhibition was held in Beijing Sanlitun diplomatic apartment. One belt, one road, Tianjin cultural and art exhibition, was held in 1O, Binhai New Area on 2017 1, 2017. 2 on January 28, 2017, he participated in the exhibition of "the first Chinese dream of chizi" held at the National Exhibition Art Center of the National Academy of painting. On November 19, 2017, he participated in the Sino Thai cultural exchange exhibition held in the diplomatic building of Liangmaqiao, Beijing. In August 18th 2O18, one belt, one road ASEAN cultural exchange Singapore exhibition, was held by the Hongkong Artists Association. On August 31, 2018, he participated in the world nomadic people's Congress and China Kyrgyzstan cultural exchange exhibition held in jilkis with the Chinese delegation. His works were sent to the prime minister's office of jilkis as a national gift.
