赵彬，字忆安，号“麒麟阁主人”、墨非，山东巨野县人，中共党员。现为中国书画研究院研究员、画师；中国书画家协会会员;共青团中央红领巾文化发展中心艺术顾问，大学生中华老字号创意创新创业大赛评审专家、学企联资深顾问、“关爱大学生牵手企业家”巡讲中国的专家讲师、大学生中国纪实记者团的副团长、鹤壁双创学院客座教授。先后师从山东曹州书画名家邓雨、高冠岭、谢孔宾。
长期在首都新闻媒体工作。先后任职于北京青年报《北京青年周刊》，农业部《百姓月刊》、中国太平洋学会《太平洋学报》、文化部《文化月刊》、《中华翰墨》等媒体担任美术编辑、记者、编辑、主编、总编等职务。个人长于纪实报道与评论；曾出版《嬴在终端》、《拿什么教育我们的下一代》等著作。业余时间瀚海荡舟、笔耕不辍，更醉心于中华传统诗词与书画的创作，并博采众长；在绘画创作上得到贾平西、张志民、朱麟麒等名家名师指点，受益良多。笔下牡丹雍容华贵、栩栩如生；笔墨纵横下的山岳江河亦奔放跌宕、气势恢宏，天长日久，逐步形成自己的绘画风格。在艺术创作领域，除长于花鸟、山水、人物外，也涉猎书法、油画、篆刻等。多次参加全国各类书画大赛并获奖，购物导报、菏泽日报、人民经济网、中国纪实网、菏泽在线等媒体先后对其事迹及作品进行报道。
主要艺术成就及重要活动：
2011年11月，接受购物导报专访；购物导报以《“一心二用”传媒人的艺术情结》为题整版刊发了其艺术事迹及作品。
2013年6月，其创作的题为“中国梦”的国画牡丹，荣获“全国首届中国梦想杯书画大赛”银奖。
2013年5月，受邀参加山东省菏泽市首届曹州百杰书画家精品展，参展作品入选《首届书画百家赏析》大型图书集。
2013年6月28日，菏泽日报文化版头条刊登其事迹。
2014年5月31日，题为“国色春梦”的6尺国画牡丹荣获“中国梦•书画情”首界强国复兴全国书画大赛优秀奖。
2014年10月，题为“中华锦绣 国色春梦”6尺国画牡丹作品荣获第十届金鼎奖全国书法美术大奖赛金奖，并被授予“中国美术百杰”称号。
2014年11月29日，其创作的6尺国画牡丹“国色富贵满园春”参加由炎黄艺术研究会、北京聚砚斋文化传媒有限公司、北京润红东方书画院、北京胜源拍卖有限公司共同举办的《砚墨春秋》当代艺术家优秀作品公益展拍会；作品以4.5万元落锤成交被一买家收藏。
2014年12月10日，出席首届“大学生中华老字号创意创新创业大赛”启动仪式，携题为“中国梦”大幅国画牡丹走进中国人民大学讲堂，向来自首都各高校参赛大学生阐述“中国梦”深刻内涵。
2014年12月16日，人民经济网、中宣部门户网站中国纪实网先后对其事迹及艺术创作进行了报道；2月7日，菏泽在线也对其事迹进行专题报道。
2015年1月28日，被共青团中央红领巾事业发展工作委员会、红领巾文化发展中心聘为艺术顾问。
2015-2017年连续三届担任中国大学生中华老字号创意创新创业大赛总决赛评审专家。
2018年6月，入选中国企业报道《中国百佳书画名人作品展系列报道》。
2018年9月，多幅作品参展第21届北京国际艺术博览会，与来自世界15个国家和地区的艺术家及艺术收藏机构共襄盛举。

2018年10月，以赵彬先生肖像和他创作的中国画作品为主题的世界各国纪念邮票与入选 “魅力中国，闪耀世界”《纪念中国改革开放40周年一一世界邮票上的中国艺术名家》大型纪念珍藏册、邮品在世界各国发行。该套各国邮票及纪念册珍藏册由“联合国世界非物质文化遗产保护基金会”、美国集邮集团、欧洲集邮协会等机构监制，发行地区包括美国、法国、荷兰、比利时及中国等国家。

In June 2013, his painting peony, entitled "Chinese dream", won the silver award of the first China dream cup calligraphy and painting competition.
In May 2013, he was invited to attend the first caozhou classic works exhibition in heze city, shandong province, and his works were selected into the large book collection of the first appreciation of painting and calligraphy.

On May 31, 2014, the 6-foot Chinese painting peony, entitled "national color spring dream", won the excellent prize of the first national Renaissance painting and calligraphy competition of "Chinese dream • calligraphy and painting sentiment".
In October 2014, the 6-foot traditional Chinese painting peony, entitled "Chinese splendid spring dream", won the golden prize of the 10th golden tripod national calligraphy art grand prix, and was awarded the title of "Chinese fine art baijie".
On November 29, 2014, his 6-foot Chinese painting peony, "full of beauty and wealth of the country", participated in the public benefit exhibition and auction of excellent works of contemporary artists of the spring and autumn annals jointly held by yanhuang art research institute, Beijing juyanzhai cultural media co., LTD., Beijing runhong Oriental painting and calligraphy academy, and Beijing shengyuan auction co., LTD. The works were sold with a hammer of 45,000 yuan and were collected by a buyer.
On December 10, 2014, I attended the launching ceremony of the first "college students China time-honored brand creative innovation and entrepreneurship competition", and walked into the lecture hall of people's university of China with a large painting of peony, which was titled "Chinese dream".
