黎仁意，1975年生于陕西咸阳市长武县，自幼酷爱书画，后来从师山东临沂许岐山老师、甘肃兰州祁继庆老师和陕西易沐老师至今。现任中华书画家协会会员、西安国际港务书画院研究院副院长、大唐群英会常务理事、未央区书画家协会会员。 擅写行、草、篆、隸，刚、劲、柔、兼济！形成个人风格，字体飘逸洒脱！刚劲有力，柔和圆滑，求力度，讲法度，观角度，有尺度，写出书法的神采而独具一格。曾多次参加义捐义卖帮助寺院和患病儿童。
