萧雨，本名王剑平。1965年生，河北廊坊人，现居北京大兴。1984毕业于天津工艺美院，1992进修于莫斯科国立苏里科夫艺术学院油画专业。作品多次在海内外参展，多幅作品被香港、泰国、美国等博物馆收藏。现为纽约东方文化艺术交流公司签约画家，中国美术协会副主席，中国书画研究院常务理事，中华国礼公益爱心形象大使，大中华书画网副总编辑，中国佛教艺术书画院常务副院长，中华之声通讯社北京记者站站长等。

Xiao Yu, his real name is Wang Jianping. Born in 1965, Langfang, Hebei, now lives in Beijing Daxing. He graduated from Tianjin Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1984 and studied oil painting at Moscow National Surikov Art College in 1992.
