许德昌，男，汉族，1946年人。大学程度。中国非遗咸阳创作基地主任，国际艺术家协会理事，澳大利亚悉尼中国书画网特邀艺术家，中国周陵文院副院长，咸阳国画院常务院长，陕西书画院院士，咸阳书协会员。酷爱书法以行草见长，多幅作品被国家一级博物馆永久收藏。两幅作品被日本国收藏。国际邮票珍藏版已印售五部专集发行。16幅作品分别被五部大学教材以范例录用由北大出版社出版发行。分别是大学语文，书法基础教程，国学概论，艺术欣赏，中国文化解读。本人多次应邀参加中阿艺术交流，中澳悉尼交流，上海，北京，重庆，安徽，港澳交流，深受行家喜爱。
