Zhao Yunquan (number Shi Ge), also known as "the river fools", was born in 1951, Hunan, Changsha city. He loved art at an early age, specializing in landscape works from figures, birds and flowers, and at the end of the 80s. He has been published and won prizes in many newspapers and magazines throughout the country. The study of Wei Zixi, stone landscape painting style, inheritance of song and Yuan Dynasties famous painting techniques, exploration and innovation, a fragrant ink landscape style, painting, writing with calm vicious, bold, far-reaching conception. The works are collected by hotels, enterprises and individuals.

赵运泉(号仕戈)，又称“江畔愚才”)1951年生，湖南长沙市人。现为：香港国际华人书画家协会协会理事、中国翰林院书画家协会会员、中国翰林书画院院士、中国书画家协会会员、中国东盟：湖南卫视书画院会员，中国产经新闻网书画院北京分院特聘画家、世界文学艺术家总会望月湖书画院主席、润龙斋馆主、香港书画艺术中心特约画家、香港华人书画美术专修学院院士、香港国际华人书画家协会上海分会培训中心特约教授，荣获2O14年度5OO强、反法西斯战争及抗战胜利7O周年大型书画展获奖、"星尚杯"。
自幼喜爱美术，时从人物、花鸟，80年代末专攻山水作品，曾在全国诸多报刊、杂志发表并获奖。研习魏紫熙、白雪石山水画风，传承宋元名家绘画技法，探索创新，自成水墨淡香山水一格，骨法用笔，沉稳老辣、泼写大胆，意境深远。作品被宾馆、企业及个人收藏。
