白乐敏，字梵民，号古砚轩主人。1956年出生于山东邹平，大专文化，中学高级教师，是当代颇具影响力和收藏潜力的实力派书家。现为中国翰林书画院山东分院副院长，北京九州兰亭书画院名誉主席，中华当代草体榜书领军人物,中国最受企业关注的书画名家,中国传媒书画网联盟理事，中国文化艺术发展促进会（北京）榜书艺术研究会会员 ，世界榜书联合会上海榜书研究会会员，中新文化艺术促进会会员，河南今网书画院院土等。
自幼酷爱榜书的学习与探索，并师从上海榜书研究会会长、世界榜书界领军人物榜书大师蔡轩朝先生。经过蔡老的精心指教和其多年的精心研习，逐渐形成了笔力雄奇、力透纸背、沧桑浑厚、格调清新、气韵生动、跌荡激越，纵横绾合，笔到势生，墨足神完的榜书艺术风格。
