李伟，男，字韧恒，号砚耕，笔名醉墨。自幼酷爱书画艺术，长期孜孜以求，临池不辍，书画兼攻。中国书法家协会会员，黑龙江省美术家协会会员，黑龙江省书法家协会会员，甘肃陇源魏征书画院副院长，美国洛杉矶汉天艺术网特邀艺术家，牛津艺术院博士生导师，县文联兼职副主席，县美术协会副主席，书法协会副主席，县工艺美术协会副秘书长，工艺品研创中心副主任，政协书画院院长等。获得主要殊荣：2017年10月在中国开封和澳大利亚墨尔本双城书画展中获优秀奖，2015年第三届中国廉政文化书画展（中国文联、中国美协、中国书协、中国法学会主办），2011年全国第十届书法篆刻作品展入展并被收藏（中国书协主办）。书画作品多次在“大中华书画网“（广东惠州）公益微拍。
