刘文宝，男，字文风。河南省鹿邑县人。中国书画家联盟会员。自幼喜爱书法，初从欧体入手，继而广泛临摹，研习历代名家法帖，主要宗法“二王”、赵孟頫、黄自元、孙过庭诸大家，眼摩手追，对传统书法精义渐有了解，虚心拜访求教于当代名家，对书法艺术进行深入研究与躬行实践，作品多次获奖。作品收入《全国书画名家典藏》、《全国书画名家经典博览》、《书画家百科》、《书画家联盟》、《中澳双城书画展》、《全国书画名家精品集》。小楷《道德经》长卷被多家收藏，视为珍品。出版《刘文宝书法集》、《文风诗集》等，深受国内外广大书法爱好者的好评。
