刘正东，男，1968年生，江苏人，大专学历，他的中国画多次入选国际和全国书画大赛。他的国画被多家大赛组委会收藏：作品《三峡情》入选法国卢浮宫，《长城》入选意大利米兰世界博览会，《渔翁》入选中国北京华夏之星海选，《泰山雄风》入选钓鱼岛书画大赛。很多国画作品刊登大型书刊、美术刊物等。
他为四川雅安地震灾区人民捐出多幅作品，同时向江苏省少儿基金会捐了作品，还向中华慈善总会捐献很多作品，他的作品被很多国内外友人收藏。
