张启武，男，汉族，1966年出生于广东省茂名市化州市。笔名、草狼，斋号、《康利斋》。 现在中国书画家协会会员；中国书画艺术教育学会会员；中国白居易书画研究院会员；中国当代书画名家协会会员；北京人和书画院院士；北京华夏邦交国礼书画院研究员；中国硬笔书法协会会员。 

自小喜爱书画艺术，对书画有极其浓厚的兴趣；擅长强化临习名家名作，广泛对《魏碑》、《九成宫碑》、《曹全碑》、《张迁啤》、《乙瑛碑》、《胆巴碑》、《道教碑》等三十多种碑体的研习与临练，并牢记根深谛固，切实保证书写的过硬本领。一直以来从事书法书写与研究，从不间断，不断砺炼书写风格，精益求精，对历代名家墨迹的研究，勇于挑战笔意创新精神，敢于用作品说话，不断参加各项中外书画大展，善于创作风格独特的作品，目前书法作品已流向世界七十多个国家，深受中外各界人士的欣赏和收藏。
