  陈卫平，1958年出生于中国上海崇明，1980年毕业江苏海师美术专业，南通市书法家协会会员，南通市美术画家协会会员，南通印社社员，中国青年艺术家协会高级会员，中央电视台教育频道水墨丹青书画院画家、通州画院特聘画家。香港职业画家协会理事长。
