许德昌，男，汉族，1946年人。大学中文专业，中学高级教师，历任重点高中书记兼校长。中国非遗咸阳创作基地主任，中外艺术家协会理事，澳大利亚悉尼中国书画网特邀艺术家，中国周陵文院副院长，咸阳国画院常务院长，陕西书画院院士，咸阳书协会员。。酷爱书法以行草见长，多幅作品被国家一级博物馆永久收藏。国际邮票珍藏版印售四部专集发行。16幅作品分别被五部大学教材以范例录用由北大出版社出版发行。分别是大学语文，书法基础教程，国学概论，艺术欣赏，中国文化解讀。本人多次应邀参加中阿艺术交流，上海，北京，重庆，安徽，港澳交流，深受行家喜爱。有一定收藏价值。
