夏训洪，1953年生；福建浦城人，笔名：颂功；教师。现为中国书法协会会员；中国书画家协会会员；中国当代书画名家协会会员；中国毛体书法艺术家协会会员；国家一级书法师。中国书画职称润格评定中心评估其作品润格：国内市场每平方尺3000元一一6000元；国际市场价每平方尺1000一一2000美元。
     夏训洪从小热爱书法。边教学边研习正、行、草楷体，在绪多书体的练习中，特别是对毛主席的气势磅礴，收放自然，运笔箫洒的诗词书法产生了浓厚的兴趣。在业余时问查阅了大量有关毛泽东主席的书法资料，并不断进行修炼，力求把握准确、形象、逼真；让毛泽东主席的书法原汁原味地在当今社会上得以展现；让更多世人观赏后，更加缅怀毛泽东主席的一生功绩和高深学识。
