郑忠华又名中华，笔名山人，汉族，1971年4月生，杭州建德人。现为中国书画家协会副会长、中国书法家协会会员、中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国人民美术家协会副主席、中国收藏协会副主席、香港国际华人书画家协会副主席兼浙江省分会会长、香港书画艺术中心特约书法家、澳大利亚悉尼中国书画网特约艺术家、香港国际华人书画家协会上海培训中心客座教授、中国硬协教育委员会浙江委员会委员、世纪百家国际文化发展中心研究员、中国剑光书画院理事、中华名家艺术馆馆长、中国翰林院书画家协会会员、浙江省硬笔书法家协会会员 、庐山毛体书法研究院高级研究员。其书法作品多次荣获全国大赛“金奖。2014年荣膺“中华知名专家”荣誉称号，被授予“中国艺术人才”称号、“中国梦优秀艺术家”荣誉称号、荣获“当代硬坛最具实力书法家”荣誉称号和“中国书画名家”荣誉称号，2016年被授予“中国文化传播大使”荣誉称号和“中国品牌影响力书法家”荣誉称号。连续荣获2013、2014、2015、2016全国书画500强。
