朱全，笔名长乐、鹏艺1970年生。吉林省通榆县人，毕业于石家庄人文艺术学院。
中国共产党员、特种兵退役军人、吉林省书法家协会会员、现任吉林书画进修学院专职教授。自幼对中国传统艺术有着浓厚的兴趣，酷爱书画、篆刻。其书法作品以结构严谨、笔法飘逸见长。挥洒自如中不失古风，龙蛇飞动中不落典雅，创造了大量极具个性的书法作品。在校学习期间，专攻草书、勤学苦练、取百家之长、结构严谨、笔法凝练、别具一格。在部队服役期间，笔耕不辍，活跃在所在部队的宣传一线，这段特殊的经历也为其日后的作品增添了几分大气磅礴，90年代以来多次在国内获奖，获得广大书法爱好者的好评。其国画师从国家一级美术师张大川，专攻中国画技法，擅长竹、兰、花鸟等水墨丹青。得到了缪体良、陈其旋等多位中国画大师的好评与细心指点。其作品清新优雅、笔法精湛、干净利落。朱教授的多幅作品被录入中国艺术大家画册。其大量作品被美国、日本、韩国、新加坡友人收藏。其事迹被百度、新浪、搜狐等多家媒体报导。2015年荣获中国书法创作师称号，2016年多幅作品被中国邮政总局录用为中国邮票全国发行，2017一带一路中国梦精品珍藏集邮册限量发行。
