Liu Xinling, Zhai Hao Zhuo hall, Henan Zhumadian people, now living in Jiangbei District, Nanjing. 刘新灵, 斋号守拙堂，河南驻马店人,现居南京江北新区。上世纪80年代初从戎，得海军学院院长王玉峰将军启蒙，先后得到萧娴、陈大羽、武中奇等名师教诲。后师从林散之弟子、书画名家章炳文先生。现为中国书画研究院高级书画师、江苏省书法家协会会员、江苏省书法研究院特聘书法家、东方艺术学院名誉院长、南京市浦口区书法家协会副主席。作品多次入选中书协及省市书法展，多次参加中日、中韩、中新书法交流展并获奖。作品入编《中国当代实力派书画代表典库》、《中国当代书画精品典藏》、《中国现代书画篆刻名人录》。被授予“全国杰出艺术家”、“全国书画界百名德艺双馨奖”、“中国当代书坛画苑中坚人物”等称号。
