邢栋，字中月。河北正定人，1991年毕业于北京理工大学人文社科系中国书法专业，师从田英章、刘艺、金运昌、白煦、张荣庆诸家。自幼酷爱书法，对唐楷颇有心得，临摹不断，追求心手合一，优喜欧楷名帖九成宫、皇甫君碑。行书以二王、草书孙过庭书谱入手。并遍临汉隶代表张迁碑、礼器碑、曹全碑、石门颂诸贴。现为中国现代硬笔书法协会会员，中国书协河会会员，多次在全国书画大赛获奖。
