Li Bingcai, the word Tao, the No. nine peak hall, Chinese Communist Party, political engineer, graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, learned in China Central Academy of Fine Arts senior seminar, learned from Song Huimin, Sui Jianguo, Gao Hui Min gentlemen, first oil painting, after studying painting, Chinese Calligraphers Association member, member of Chinese Artists Association, national artist.
Mr. Li had a passion for painting since his childhood, and he was given the enlightenment guidance by Yang Guangcai, Lv Shengduo, Luan Weixin, Zhang Baoguo and Wu Jianzhao. He demonstrated great artistic talent in middle school. He loves calligraphy, go, poetry and song, and has worked in the publicity department and enterprise for many years. He left in 1997 and is now engaged in art education. His paintings have won prizes at all levels of exhibitions.

李炳才，字韬，号九峰堂，中共党员，政工师，毕业于鲁迅美术学院，后进修于中央美术学院高级研究班，受业于宋会民、隋建国、高卉民诸位先生，先攻油画，后学习国画，中国书法家协会会员、中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师。
    李先生自幼酷爱绘画，并得到了杨广才、吕圣铎、栾维新、张宝国以及武剑钊老师启蒙指导，在中学时期就表现出卓越的艺术天赋。先生热爱书法、围棋、诗词歌赋，并先后在宣传部门、企业工作多年。1997年离职，现从事美术教育工作，他的绘画作品多次在各级展览比赛中获奖。
    油画作品《北方》，获“大学生毕业展一等奖”；
    油画作品《斑驳岁月》，获2003年“十艺节”二等奖；
    油画作品《老家》，获2005年全国教师节三等奖；
    国画作品《万壑千山》，获纪念红军长征70周年特别奖。
