Qin Ling, born in Anyang, Henan Province, P.R.China, where is the hometown of the Oracle Inscriptions listed in the World Cultural and Natural List of UNESCO IN 2006, studied in Arts Institute of Anyang Normal University.  In 1997, he studied in Architecture Department of Graduate School, Hokkaido University, Japan.

Mastering the traditional techniques, with great accomplishment in literature and knowledge of painting, integrating his unique view, he creates his own elegant style of painting.  Especially, he ever studied with an advanced student of Su wonong whom is a famous pioneer of Lingnan Painting School. He was also instructed by Li xiongcai -----the master of landscape painting of Lingnan Painting School and Su baijun ----- a famous professor of Central Academy of Fine Art.

Form the past few years to now, he has been participated in many great culture and art exhibitions in domestic and aboard. In Japan, he has held solo exhibitions and has worked for China Japan Art Exchange Exhibition. As an artist, he was interviewed by 『Hokkaido News』, NHK, and AIR’G Broadcasting .he has won Excellent Prizes in Hokkaido Artists Exhibition. He has worked as an Ink Painting professional teacher of Hokkaido News and Culture Center. His paintings were collected by Units and individuals in Japan and Korea.

秦岭，生于甲骨文文化的发祥地安阳，毕业于安阳师范学院艺术系美术专业，留学于日本北海道大学建筑工学研究科。早年从师于岭南画派名家苏卧农入室弟子学习中国画，并受到山水画大师黎雄才、中央美院教授苏百钧等名师指点。多年来活跃在海外文化艺术界，在日本举办多次个人画展、主办日中国际美术交流展，被《北海道新闻》、NHK日本国家电视台、AIR`G广播电台等日本国家主流媒体广泛报道，参加日本国家级道美展公募展并获优秀奖，聘为日本北海道新闻文化中心水墨画讲师。多数作品被日、韩等国个人、单位所收藏。
