龚裕祥，1962.8参加工作，历任中、小学教师、校长。

1981.4至1988.1任安义县政府办公室副主任、安义城关镇党委副书记、镇长。

1988.1至2004.4历任高安市教育局副局长、广播电视局局长、党组书记。

2004.8退休，在家学习中国画。

Gong Yuxiang, a teacher and principal of primary and secondary schools, took part in the work in August 1962.

From April 1981 to January 1988, he served as deputy director of Anyi county government office, deputy secretary of Party committee and mayor of Anyi Chengguan town.

From 1988.1 to 2004.4, he served as deputy director of Gao'an Education Bureau, director of radio and Television Bureau, and Secretary of the Party group.

August 2004 retired and studied Chinese painting at home.
