Liu Ningsheng, born in 1949, 2001 in the first China Meixie landscape painting class learning. In July 2006, he attended the creative class of landscape painting at the Chinese Artists Association in Beijing. In 2014, he studied the landscape painting course of dragon and phoenix.
He is a member of the Chinese artists association. Special painter of central Painting Institute of Democratic National People's congress. Vice president of Shanxi democratic China Painting Academy, vice chairman of Linfen artists association. China Hukou academy honorary vice president.
