黄海潮，笔名步青，1952年生人，祖籍庄周故里，现为中国老年书画研究会会员，陕西省老年书画学会会员。自幼酷爱书法艺术，几十年执手砚田，孜孜以求，笔耕不缀得诸多名师良友指点，加之本人刻苦勤奋，锲而不舍走出了一条自己的书艺之路，在省，国家级比赛中多次获奖，为国家一代榜书大家。

海潮大师在学书之道上广收博取兼容并蓄，上至秦、汉魏、晋，下至唐、宋、元、明、清，从传统名碑佳帖中取其精髓，又习颜、柳、欧、赵、旭素、二王以及现代书法大家之精华，86年拜上海名家任正为师。

我们的海潮大师在书法学习中不傲不燥，勇往直前，青灯黄卷为伴，矢志不移、废纸三千，染墨成河。其书法作品榜书磅礴大气，寓圆于方，纂之气势、隶之雄强真乃一代名家。独创悬空、悬笔堪称一绝，书法功底深厚，字迹时而坚韧如刚，时而平平如水，可谓柔中带刚，给人以赏心悦目之感。步青大师的作品具有很大的收藏价值，未来升值潜力无限。

Huang Haichao, pen name Buqing, born in 1952, is a member of the Chinese Society of Old People's Calligraphy and Painting and a member of the Shaanxi Society of Old People's Calligraphy and Painting. Since childhood, he loved the art of calligraphy very much. He has been working hard on inkstone fields for decades. He has not been instructed by many famous teachers and friends. In addition, he has worked hard and persevered in his own way of calligraphy. He has won many prizes in provincial and national competitions, and has become one of the most famous calligraphers in the country.



The master of the sea tide collects everything in the way of learning books, and goes all the way to Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, and down to Tang, song, yuan, Ming and Qing. He takes the essence from the traditional tablet, and learns the essence of Yan, Liu, ou, Zhao, Xu Su, Wang and Wang. In the 86 year, he was appointed as a teacher in Shanghai.



Our tide master is not arrogant in the study of calligraphy. He goes forward bravely, accompanied by green lanterns and yellow rolls, persevering in his determination and dyeing ink into a river with 3000 waste paper. The list of his calligraphy works is magnificent and round. The momentum of compilation and the strength of Li Zhiqiang are famous writers of a generation. Creative hanging, hanging pen can be called a unique, deep foundation of calligraphy, handwriting sometimes tough as rigid, sometimes flat as water, can be said to be soft with rigid, giving people a pleasant feeling. Master Buqing's works are of great collection value and have unlimited potential for future appreciation.
