陈伯奎，男，1962年出生，山东省临清人。自幼酷爱绘画，早年临习芥子园、傅抱石、关山月、宋文治、黄君璧、魏紫熙等大师作品，毕业于中国书画函授大学，从师刘宝纯、张登堂、姚治华、解维础、王企华、孙敬会、方绍俊等诸位大师书画家的指教，并且深得著名山水画家刘保纯、张登堂先生的悉心指点与熏陶。
专攻国画山水，兼工笔、写意、花鸟、人物，不慕荣利，勤奋好学，努为探索，潜心创作，持之以恒，在原有绘画基础上大胆创新，多年来乐此不疲，为自己的绘画创作打下了深厚的基础。其作品具有非凡的绘画功力和个人风范，笔墨劲健，意境灵奇，格调清晰，深受广大书画爱好者的喜爱，其作品入选多种画集，并被各方书画友人收藏

Chen Bokui, male, was born in 1962 in Linqing, Shandong Province. From childhood, he loved painting very much. In his early years, he studied mustard seed garden, Fu Baoshi, Guan Shanyue, Song Wenzhi, Huang Junbi, Wei Zixi and other Masters'works. He graduated from the correspondence university of Chinese painting and calligraphy. He was taught by Liu Baochun, Zhang Dengtang, Yao Zhihua, Xie Weijian, Wang Qihua, Sun Jinghui and Fang Shaojun, and was well-known. Landscape painters Liu Baochun and Mr. Zhang Dengtang's careful guidance and edification.

Specializing in Chinese landscape painting, and also fine brushwork, freehand brushwork, flowers and birds, figures, not admiring Rongli, diligent and eager to learn, to explore, devote themselves to creation, perseverance, bold innovation on the basis of the original painting, for many years have been happy to do so, laying a solid foundation for their painting creation.
