冯海亮，中共党员，1980年生于全国著名的文化县城临朐冶源镇，尧洼村。自幼酷爱书法，其外公就是当地小有名气的书法家，二伯也是县城里的烙画人物画名家，受他们的影响，冯海亮对书法情有独钟，并且喜欢收藏，现创立了椤源书画培训中心，椤源书画院。
冯海亮字椤源号墨渊斋主现为中国书画家协会会员  中国书画教育学会会员 中国硬笔书协会员 在2015年度中国翰林院艺术家协会 中国书画家协会  中国翰林书画院举办的中国百强书画家评选中被评为：中国百强书画家:2017年被中国书画教育学会特聘为高级注册教师，2017年8月被苏富比文化艺术发展中心聘请为艺术总监，香港国际红葡萄酒交易所中级品酒师，为中国的传统文化传承出一份薄力。其最以行草，欧楷为佳，君子怀德，正其心，尽其孝。在这书法海洋中继续努力学习，研究，开创属于自己的天地。
