Lv Shouyue, Bob, Amano Sai, Tongchuan, native to Huaxian, Henan. A member of Shaanxi Province Artists Association, Shaanxi Art Museum, Museum of Cultural Arts Center China artist, Art Research Institute invited painter. He is the vice chairman of the Chinese calligraphy and Painting Artists Association, the director of the Chinese Academy of calligraphy and painting, the vice president of the Chinese Traditional Cultural Exchange Association, and the vice chairman of the China Federation of Arts and crafts.

        吕守约，号行伯，天野斋主，铜川人，籍贯河南滑县。陕西省美术家协会会员，陕西省美术馆馆外美术师，中国艺术研究院文化艺术研究中心特邀画师。任中国书画艺术家协会副主席，中国书画学会理事，中国传统文化交流协会副会长，中国艺联副主席等职务。
        作品曾多次参加国内外大展，荣获多种奖项和荣誉称号：就2010年度，被中国国际学研究会、中国人文书画院、北京华夏雅风书画院、艺术瞭望杂志社特授予“世博年度先进艺术人物”，并荣获“世博年度艺术突出贡献奖、年度成就金奖”。北京人民画院、中国名家书画院、中国文艺协会、国际知名文艺家联合会等，同事授予“国际知名文艺家”称号；世界教科文组织联合会授予“世界人类非物质文化遗产截出传承人”荣誉称号及“东方文艺奠基人”，“2010新世纪十年文艺界百强艺术家”，“国家级美术家”，“2010年度文艺界百强人物”，“民族文艺形象大使”等称号；并入选了“2010年中国艺术人物专题邮票”。
        艺术传略及作品入编了《中国美术选集》、《中国书画名人录》、《中华名流》、《艺术与收藏》、《人民艺术家》等多种典籍。国画《春山春韵》等，被中南海收藏使用，不少作品被联合国儿童基金会、德国、日本、韩国、比利时、新加坡、安曼等国家驻华使馆和个人收藏。出版了《吕守约画集》、《吕守约画选》、散文集《天野斋茶话》、《当代文化名家专题邮票》、举办了个人画展等，还编编著专业文集《税收经济论》；参与编著《陕西税务志》，并给《历代贪官史话》、《税收百家史话》两本书绘制插图三百余幅。被中国文化艺术终身成就奖艺术评定中心 ，评定中国文艺榜——中国当代文艺人物，并荣获“水墨中国艺术成就奖”，艺术品等级定为“一级珍贵艺术品”。
