刘砚军，笔名子夜，出生王之涣曾任职县尉的水韵文安，书法笔名：大清河人，毕业于南京大学。自1993年曾相继任职中国石油文联副秘书长、办公室主任，中国文联产业文化委员会办公室主任，中国国际报告文学研究会中华文化传承委员会专家委员，中国当代实力派诗人，中国当代书画家联盟常务理事。
在专业从事文化工作20余年间，撰写有上百万字的诗歌、散文、游记、报告文学等作品散见于《中国改革报》《中国文化报》《工人日报》《光明网》《诗网刊》《世纪诗典》《北京诗人》《诗苑纵横》等各级各大主流媒体，并相继荣获特等奖、金奖、优秀作品奖、孔子文学奖、创世纪十大诗人奖等殊荣。

在书法领域，多次参与省部级以上专业职业大赛、国展、中国当代书画名家代表作品展，亦曾摘得金奖、银奖、铜奖和优秀作品奖等书坛奖项，曾被专业组织评定为“世界青年艺术家”等称号。作品入展中国艺坛最高殿堂中国美术馆和钓鱼台国宾馆。
