Pei Zilong, born in 1963, is native to Qigihar, Baiquan, and lives in the fragrant city of Harbin. 裴子龙，出生于1963年，祖籍齐齐哈尔地区，拜泉县，现居住哈尔滨市香访区。系黑龙江省人大艺术中心艺术顾问，中华红色书画院执行院长，北京国尊书画研究院秘书长，子龙书画研究院院长，国家一级画师，中华文化促进会会员，嫦娥国际书画院院长，中美文化联谊会员，中美协会会员。
