赖俊平，男，广东省深圳市，中共党员，笔名：一笔大福，号：金茂飘香。利用业余时间从事志愿者（义工）服务十八年，曾获全国作文大赛佳作奖，研究文学、武术多年，有其独到见解，可一手打二节棍另一手写毛笔大字即演字，大量收藏有关书画作品书籍和刻苦探究。现为国礼副秘书長、理事、形象大使、特邀编委、香港美术家、北京兰亭书画院院士、中国书画家、潮起书画院副院长、艺品书画院院士、国艺常务理事、国礼特邀编委（执委）等等。自幼热爱学习，探古究今，喜爱艺术、武术、国学和收藏字画，精于书法、篆刻，书如其人、字如其人，其笔墨酣畅，苍劲有力，下笔如行云流水、一气呵成，尤其是一笔大字，均不添一笔。荣获2016年梦想杯全国书画大赛：共和国优秀艺术家称号，2017年受邀参加在香港特别行政区香港文化中心举行深港两地书画艺术交流展并参展，2017年参加国际书画大赛荣获：香港回归20周年国际书画大赛金奖并被授于国礼特邀编委，2017年全国国礼书画大赛银奖、2017年建军90人周年书画赛金奖，2017年中国优秀艺术家奖、2017年优秀十九大艺术家等等多次获奖，其作品六尺：一笔大佛六尺被泰国青年商会收藏，一笔大龍、大福六尺被深圳市坪山区慈善会收藏、拍卖等等，其作品被世界各地国际友人、收藏家、慈善组织、老将军老革命家等收藏和拍卖。其作品润格：国内市场：每平方尺3000一5000元，国际市场：每平方尺500一800美元。
