王建秋，又名，王剑秋，字，永乐；书画用名，王一茗，著文笔名，王石冰。1959年10月出生，苏州籍，现定居江苏省无锡市五河新村42号|02室，大学语言文学毕业，曾任语文教师，记者，编辑，大型国企宣传干部，1981年始涉足书画艺术创作，师从无锡书画名家钱玉麟，钱剑华先生学习书法绘画，是著名书画大家唐云，书法篆刻大家萧退庵的再传弟子。作品多次参加国内外书画展，尤其近年来在全国重大书画展赛中，屡获特等，金奖，一等奖，深得行家好评。书画作品多以原创诗书画示人。现为中国诗书画家网会艺术委员会副主席，CETⅤ水墨丹青特约艺术家，中国书画家协会会员，中国硬笔书法协会会员，《中国机电》特约记者。
