黄显平，辽宁省辽阳市弓长岭区人，毕业于鲁迅美术学院，95年结业于鲁美油画系，97年参加沈阳师范大学列宾美院卡留塔油画 研究班。现职业油画家，中国美术家协会会员、辽宁省美术家协会理事、  国家一级美术师。辽阳市美术家协会副主席、市政协书画院常务理事、弓长岭区美协主席。2015年被评为辽阳市德艺双馨艺术家，2011年评为辽阳市首届曹雪芹艺术优秀奖；2017年评为辽阳市第二届曹雪芹艺术银奖，2000年参加北 京国际艺术博览会。  2007年参加大连全国博览会。 2008年参加上海艺术博览会。部分作品被国内外友人及美术馆收藏。

《小镇新潮》获89年中国美协主办全国个体美展银奖，在《美术大观》发表。                      

《80后·视点》入选由中国美协主办的2013年全国油画展、被上海美术馆收藏、编入画集。

水粉画《90后·视点》入选由中国美协主办2015年全国首届水粉画大展。被石家庄美术馆收藏。在《美术》2015年第四期发表。

《90后、视点NO.2》2015年参加“丝绸之路绚丽甘肃”第九届中国西部大地情中国画、油画作品展获优秀奖

《90后追梦》获2016年辽宁省美协成立60周年作品展铜奖。

《90后·视点NO5》2016年中国美协主办“丝绸之路翰墨通渭首届中国油画展”参展作品。

Huang Xianping, Gongchangling District, Liaoning city of Liaoyang Province, graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, graduated from the oil painting department of the Academy for 95 years, 97 years in Shenyang Normal University Repin Academy of fine arts Kaliuta oil painting research class. The occupation painter, member of Liaoning Artists Association, China Artists Association, national artist. Vice chairman of Liaoyang Artists Association, executive director of the association, municipal art-college Gongchangling District association. Liaoyang city in 2015 was named DeYiShuangXin artists, in 2011 as the first Liaoyang Cao Xueqin Art Award; Liaoyang city in 2017 as the second session of the Cao Xueqin art Silver Award, 2000 to participate in the Beijing international art exposition. Participated in Dalian national exposition in 2007. 2008 Shanghai art fair. Some works are collected by friends and art museums at home and abroad.

Major oil paintings:
"Fashion" for 89 years Chinese Town Association sponsored the national individual art exhibition silver, published in the "art grand".
"After 80" perspective is selected by the China Association hosted the 2013 national oil painting exhibition, Shanghai Art Museum, was incorporated into the album.
Gouache "90 - Viewpoint" sponsored by the association in 2015 China selected the first National Watercolor Painting exhibition. Collected by Shijiazhuang art museum. Published in the fourth issue of Fine Arts in 2015.
"After 90, view NO.2" in 2015 to participate in the "Silk Road gorgeous Gansu", the Ninth China western earth sentiment Chinese painting, oil painting exhibition won Excellent Award
"90" dream won the 2016 Artists Association of Liaoning Province set up 60th anniversary exhibition bronze award.
"After 90," 2016 Chinese Meixie view NO5 hosted the exhibition of works of the Silk Road in Tongwei first Chinese oil painting exhibition.
