黄斌雄（志坤），男，汉族，国家一级美术师，国际艺术家联合会集团有限公司董事长，世界华人书画家协会澳门分会主席，东方大湾区书画艺术协会会长，好品牌影响力画家，中国教育电台《水墨丹青》签约艺术家。一九四四年出生于广州市从化街口镇。自幼喜爱绘画，同时醉心于岭南盆景，成为丹青及盆景的苦行僧及发烧友，常将绘画和盆景两种艺术的理念互动渗透。

先后加入广州盆景协会、澳门美术协会、澳门文尝协会、澳门莲艺文化协会。在商海浮沉了三十三载后重踏丹青路、涉及山水、花鸟、人物、抽象等探討及創用手指畫梅花，葡㮛子技法。为完善“黄斌雄幻彩笔”和“黄斌雄二维艺术工作台”这两项研发，使命感驱动下更加投入创作。
