袁竹, 国礼艺术大师、逍遥派画创始人、著名画家、国家一级美术师，四川省德阳市罗江区人，1966年10月出生,男，汉族，曾就读于西南师范大学(现西南大学)研究生院 ，中华文化大使、英国牛津艺术学院客座教授、中华文化研究院院士、中国新长城艺术家、香港书画研究院研究员、西泠印社《艺术巅峰》名誉顾问、金盾出版社《中国书画艺术典藏》编委顾问、中国文史出版社《艺术中华》编委顾问，中企联投信息科技研究院艺术顾问。近年来，坚持在传统中传承，在变化中永恒，对山水画创作进行新的尝试丶新的探索，用国际视野来发展国画，在继承的基础上进行创新，创造，他提出新时代国画要走创新化、现代化、国际化、未来化之路的理念，并不断寻找山水画创作的突破口，经过多年的实践，己取得可喜成绩，作品先后在美国丶俄罗斯和北京等地展出，并入编世界知识出版社《新中国当代书画史》、黑龙江美术出版社《百年经典·中国近当代书画名家选集》、红旗出版社《中国书画四十年》等50余部画集文献，还入选一带一路·传世国瓷工程，制作成国礼，2017年9月，他被中国文联主管中国中外名人文化研究会(民政部登记注册)授予“国礼艺术大师”荣誉称号；2017年11月，获得《市场星报》《安徽画报》颁发艺术中国第一季品牌价值书画家创艺奖奖杯。
