周宝麟，一九五一年生人。古都西安人，自幼钻研书画至今五十余年。习临历代名人碑文，临池碑帖，以碑求势，以帖求气。不但精通书法真，草，隶，篆，而将书法与国画融为一体。在国画大写意花卉上充分展现自已独特的风格和风范，作品古扑，拙美，气势沉雄。出已神韵，融合贯通。深受国内外收藏家和鉴赏家及各届知名人士高度赞评和收藏。在创作书画艺术的同时，为弘扬中华民族传统书画的发展，2003年投资300万元在广州创办《大中国画院》至今。多年以来相继在河南，山东，北京、西安创办“大中国画院分院”。
    现任：中国书法家协会会员，大中国画院院长、美国兰亭笔会副会长、广东收藏家协会书画专业委员会副主任、中国书画研究院职业画家、广州市侨商会常务理事、大中国画院印务公司董事长、大中国画院装饰装修工程公司董事长。
