刘力铭，笔名粟筠，字   粟铭，原名 刘丽，73年出生于河北保定。先后于中央美院和清华大学美术学院研究生班学习和深造。现为中国书法美术家协会理事、中国人民大学艺术学院客座教授、中国书画艺术研究院副院长、中国民主建国会会员、河北省保定市政协委员、中国民建中央画院保定分院画家。擅长国画人物、花鸟，尤精于工笔人物画，并有多年教学经验，其代表作品仕女系列多次被各级美术馆、艺术馆、博物馆收藏。2008年11月参加国务院扶贫办举办的庆祝改革开放三十周年全国书画大展，作品《总理和人民》荣获特等奖。

Liu Li Ming ,formerly known as Liu Li,was born in 1973 in Baoding, Hebei Province with a pen name Su Yun, courtesy name Su Ming. She once pursued her study in The Central Academy of Fine Arts and The Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. With so many titles undertaken ,She is currently a Council Member of the China Calligrapher & Artist  Association, a visiting professor of Renmin University of China School of Arts, a vice president of the China Calligraphy and Painting Art Institute, a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association, a member of Baoding Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and an artist of the Academy of Fine Art of Central Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association Baoding Branch. She is fairly skilled at traditional Chinese figures, flower and bird painting, particularly adept in the meticulous figure painting, with many years of teaching experience, her representative works- Beautiful Women series- has been collected by art galleries, art museums of different levels. Her works, "Prime Minister and the people" won the Grand Prize in the National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition Organized by the Office of Poverty Alleviation of the State Council of China to celebrate the 30^th anniversary of Reform& Opening up in Nov.,2008.
