刘朗清，荣宝斋画院名家工作室画家，霍春阳导师入室弟子。1953年出生，祖籍 湖南长沙宁乡。先后求学于湖南益师、湖南教育学院、湖南师范大学、湖南大学。在国内十多所著名高校和培训机构进修。幼年承家训开始习画，多次照临《芥子园画谱》，注重学习素描、透视、色彩、艺用解剖等绘画基础。先后涉猎过山水、人物、花鸟和水粉、水彩、油画，尤其喜欢中国花鸟画。先后师从曾景祥教授、吴乔荪教授、霍春阳导师和。《知识博览报》、《读者》、《国粹》《河北美术》、《长株潭城市报》(中国名人名家) 等报刊杂志作过专版推介。国画作品曾在国家名族文化宫、中国教育电视台水墨丹青名家展览馆、国家艺术馆、国粹艺术馆、以及国家会议中心，湖南省展览馆、湖南省国画院、湖南省图书馆等国家和地方数十个相关场馆展出和几十种报刊杂志登载。作品被数百位国内外收藏者收藏。其人其事在中国教育电视台一台水墨丹青栏目，中国旅游经济电视台香港有线电视台23台，甘肃卫视台等电视媒体专辑推介和报道。现居北京，荣宝斋画院名家工作室画家，国家功勋将领文化交流协会书画艺术委员会会员，中国华夏万里行书画家协会理事，中国香港美术家协会会员，长沙市花鸟画家协会理事，湖南省美术家协会会员，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青》栏目组签约画家，国家一级美术师。
