从2003到2009，他作为一个成员在黑龙江省科技教育促进会教育委员会，2012为中国人民书画院黑龙江省秘书长，主编，中国硬笔书法协会会员，黑龙江省哈尔滨市书法家协会、哈尔滨老年书法家协会会员。他是目前黑龙江省书路艺术研究协会副主席，黑龙江省起源行星研究协会理事、哈尔滨老年书法家协会和双城市哈尔滨区满族书画研究院副院长成员。

   he was born in 1961 in  Harbin.Influnced by his grandfather,he is very fond of reading in his childhood .And participated in copy ,watercolour,sketch and other basic learning  for many years.
By the teachers enlightement,he has quickly grased the method of the brush pen and the basic strokes of chinese characters and achieve good results.More important, he was a member of The Chinese People 's liberation Arm81230 troop in 1979 to 1982 and achieved sucess.In1981 to 1984,He studied Chinese college course by himself. Inside ,he took part in metrical poem creation class and Novel Forest literary creation class in Yunnan.In 1982 ，he returned to the local party committee and during his work,he graduted from teachers Lv Shengyao, Wang tian ,Wang Wenbing ,Zhang Tianmin and others in Hei Long jiang province calligraphy amteur school,specalaizing in regular script,line books,temporary study YanZhenqing "The stele of the rites of worship","Multi-pagoda" and wangxizhi "holy order", "KingKong" and so on.In 1988 to participate in the Harbin Youth Calligraphy Grand Prix won the Excellence Award and repeateadly participated in provincal and municipal exhibitions,calligraphy works by Tanwan,Japan ,korean friends and New Zealand,Australia and  other collection.
